Tracy Bishop

Tracy has been an expert in the insurance industry for over 18 years. Her mission is to build customized insurance policies tailored to each client's specific personal, business or life insurance needs. When she's not working, Tracy enjoys spending time lakeside in Tahoe with her husband and Goldendoodle, gardening, and enjoying quality time with her 4 children.

Senior Account Manager

Mikayla Townsend

Mikayla has been the senior account manager at SBB for over 5 years. Her passion for helping clients is the reason she's still in this industry today. Whether you need to enroll a new employee or update your account details, she gets it done quickly and efficiently. When she's not working, she enjoys reading, writing, and film photography in her home of Los Angeles.

Jennifer is a highly accomplished professional known for her impressive sales and negotiation skills across various industries. Jenn excels at helping clients find the right kind of insurance for their business needs. She specializes in employee benefits for small business and believes it is her responsibility to help clients make the best possible decisions for their unique situations. When she's not working with clients, Jenn enjoys spending quality time with her family, and traveling.

Savannah Kraus

Savannah is our newest addition to the team. She recently graduated with her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and has a passion for connecting with clients and maintaining personable relationships. Savannah is here to make our clients feel special and give our company a personal touch. She is launching our new social media accounts with content created to increase our customer's knowledge in insurance benefits.
